A permanent structure is a structure placed on or in the ground, attached to another structure or fixture in a fixed position, and intended to remain in place for a specified period of time.
Permanent structure includes, but is not limited to: (a) a building or structure that is permanently affixed to the surface of the earth or to any other permanent or temporary structure; and (b) any building, structure, fixture, equipment, vehicle, vessel, aircraft or other movable or immovable object, including, without limitation, a motor vehicle.
The term “permanent structure” does not include an object that has been permanently removed from its original location and placed in its current location by the owner or by a person authorized to remove the object under the laws of this state or the United States.
