Where is the reset button on the Square Reader?
Press and hold the power/reset button for at least 20 seconds to completely restart the reader. The button is located on the back of the reader. Once the device is rebooted, you will be presented with a screen similar to the one below.
You will need to enter your username and password to access your account. After entering your credentials, your device will reboot and you should see the following screen. “OK” to continue with the setup process.
