The filing fee is based on the number of pages that are required to be filed. If you have more than one page, you will have to pay a separate fee for each page.
For example, if you file a single page of your divorce petition, the fee will be $100 for the first page and $200 for subsequent pages. You will also be responsible for paying for any additional pages you may need to file. In most cases, a divorce will cost less than $500. These exceptions are discussed in more detail below.
