How do you register a private school?

The application must be accompanied by the following documents: (a) a copy of the school’s certificate of accreditation; (b) an affidavit from the head teacher stating that he or she is satisfied that the applicant is qualified to teach in the independent school; and (c) the name, address and telephone number of a person who will be responsible for supervising the teaching of pupils in independent schools.
A person appointed under subsection (1) or (2), as the case may be, shall be appointed for a term of not less than three years and shall hold office until his or her successor is appointed or until the expiry of such term, whichever occurs first. The person so appointed shall not be eligible for reappointment for more than two consecutive terms of office.
What is a private school satellite program?
(PSPs), are organizations (private schools) that a family chooses to join and pays an annual enrollment fee to. Affidavit is a document that is filed by the private school and is used to maintain student records. PSPs are required to file a PSA with the State Board of Education (SBE) in order to enroll a child in a public or private elementary or secondary school in New York State.
PSP must also submit a copy of its PSAs to the SBE for review and approval before the child can enroll in any public, private, or parochial elementary, secondary or post-secondary school, including charter schools. In addition, the PSPs must submit copies of all student and parent records, as well as any other information required by the state board of education.
These records must be maintained for at least five years after the end of each school year in which the student is enrolled. PSP fails to comply with these requirements, it may be subject to a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per day for each day of non-compliance.
Can you get paid to homeschool your kids in California?
It is not an employment choice to home school your child. Parents don’t get paid to home school their children, and they don’t get any compensation for doing so. Homeschoolers are free to choose their own curriculum, and are not required to follow the curriculum of the school they attend.
If you are a parent of a child who is home-schooled, you have the right to do whatever you want with that child, as long as it does not interfere with the education of other children in the same school.
