How do you play Bb Major on guitar?
Place the tip of your first finger on the fifth string at the first fret. Press down on your finger to make a barre across the first string. The third fret of the fourth string is where you should put your second finger. Until you reach the second string and then your fourth finger, put your third finger on the third string.
This is called the “Bb” chord. The C Major Chord Place your index finger (or middle finger, if you’re playing with a pick) on a string between the seventh and ninth frets. Then, place your pinky finger in the same position as before, but this time, flatten it out. Press down on it, making a “C” shape.
Now, put your thumb on top of that C shape, so that it looks like an “X” with your other fingers. You should now be able to play the C major chord, which is the root note of all the other chords you’ll learn in this lesson.
Is BB same as a#?
