No person under the age of 21 shall be allowed to enter or remain in any residence hall, dormitory, or other building on the University’s campus without the written consent of a parent or guardian.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for a period not to exceed one year or both.
